I love celebrating my birthday. I am not one of those people who keeps their birthday on the D.L. in hopes of the day going by unnoticed. I love to celebrate and have fun… and am always looking for new, unique ways to make my special day… well, special.
This year was fantastic as we teamed up with Hello Picnic OC at Newport Beach for a dreamy beach picnic with my family.
I spoke with the company earlier in the week to pick a location, color scheme, discuss the details of the event, added extras, etc. And even with knowing everything that was chosen, showing up and seeing the final product was AMAZING!
It was absolutely stunning. Each and every detail was well thought out and executed. From the tablescape, pillows, silverware and dishes— to the flowers, and thoughtful accessories and set up away from the table; I was truly blown away. It was picturesque and beautiful and did exactly what I hoped for; made the day extraordinary!

How does it work?
Simply choose the amount of people joining, select a location, pick a date and time, and let them do the work. They take into account any dietary restrictions. Once you are there all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy!

What if weather affects your picnic?
Due to unforeseen weather-related circumstances, you may reschedule within 3 months following cancellation date. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
What happens on your scheduled date?
They will be curating your table at the specified location prior to your scheduled time. They will be on-site to greet you and leave you to enjoy the experience for the reserved timed. Once the reserved time ends, they return to tear down the site and clean up. There is no need to stay during clean up.
How they are handling COVID-19?
Very seriously. They wear both masks and gloves when curating the table, meeting with you, and cleaning up. All dishes, silverware, decor, etc. are disinfected before and after the event. They ask that each picnic goer wears a mask upon arrival. A clean picnic is a safe picnic.
I want to book, what should I do?
Fill out the website form, DM, or email and they will schedule a date and time together. It is preferred that you book 2 weeks in advance. A $100 deposit is required to confirm booking and will be applied to the total cost.
Depending on availability, they may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.

As far as pricing goes, their picnics are based on the number of attendees. I recommend reaching out to let them provide a quote simply because every picnic is a little different and specialized to the occasion.
What I do guarantee however, is that this will be an event that will definitely be both stunning and memorable! This luxurious beach experience is the chicest way to celebrate something or someone special. And I have no doubt everyone will love it!
