Quality Live Entertainment at the Extraordinary Candlelight Pavilion

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

Recently we attended the production of Peter Pan at The Candlelight Pavilion in Claremont, California in the Inland Empire.

The Candlelight Pavilion is in essence dinner theater. Providing guests with exceptional gourmet food prepared by executive chefs and served by a formal wait staff. It is a delicious fine dining experience for all.

Get there early and while you enjoy your wonderful meal you will be entertained by a guitarist who is as talented as the actors. We lucked out at this particular show to have not only the regular guitarist but a flutist accompany him. The music truly provides a wonderful ambiance as we chatted and enjoyed our fancy meal. Make sure to save room for your dessert at intermission. It is one of the things I look forward to most!

And the shows! As good as the dinner is, the caliber of the shows is that of the Broadway shows in downtown L.A. But, the best part is you don’t have the issues of traffic and parking (and the associated costs) when going into L.A. to those theaters. We have done them all, and I can speak from prior knowledge that your experience here will not be lacking in sophistication and talent. And another great thing about the venue is that there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Wherever you find yourself sitting, you will have a great vantage point of the stage.

We chose this specific show because we were anxious to take our older kids (ages 9 and 6) with us and give them a “real” live theater experience. We have taken them to a few community shows and local school productions; but let’s be honest, they don’t quite compare to that of good quality theater. And this one was perfect! They laughed, they clapped to keep Tinkerbell alive, and have been singing the songs and repeating funny lines all week since.

And if you go on a Friday night, you can meet and take photos with the cast. Which was such fun for us!!!

In the past we have attended The Candlelight Pavilion for anniversaries, birthdays and date night and have never, not once, been disappointed. Patrons can enjoy The Candlelight Pavilion as part of corporate events, parties, banquets and fundraisers. Or, like we did, you can make it a family affair and attend an evening or matinee production of your favorite shows.

This is one of the Inland Empire’s best kept secrets. It’s always a privilege to go and enjoy a good dinner and wonderful show at The Candlelight Pavilion.
