In fact, I consider brunch more of a mindset than meal and I love all things brunch. This week we tried a new restaurant, Snooze an AM Eatery, in Laguna Nigel (Orange County). And this place is one you definitely don’t want to snooze on.

Snooze is located in The Center at Rancho Niguel of Laguna Niguel, CA at the corner of Greenfield Drive and Rancho Niguel Rd.
Open: 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; 6:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
Most breakfast and brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee, and a griddle. At this newly opened breakfast chain in Orange County, they’ve flipped the script to create an experience that is better than all the rest! From the food, to the ambiance, and back to the food (because yes, it really just is that good).
Their chefs start with the best (responsibly sourced) ingredients and truly create magic from there. They take a basic breakfast item and turn it into a unique culinary creation that makes your mouth water, and leaves your belly happy and content. This is the best of the best in brunch! The best part is that their large diverse menu has something for everyone… savory or sweet, they have you covered. Try their delicious signature pancakes (or 3 of them with the pancake flight), french toast (my personal favorite is the O.M.G. French Toast), the show stopping eggs benedict (my hubby’s fav), omelettes, breakfast tacos and burritos, huevos rancheros, avocado toast, oatmeal, shrimp and grits (drool), breakfast sandwiches and more! So much more! Each item is bursting with flavor and decadence; In the best ways of course! Additionally, most items can be customized with different proteins, or breakfast sides of Tender Belly Bacon or Ham, Polidori Sausage, eggs, hash browns or fresh fruit. As guests have discovered since 2006, Snooze’s dishes are anything but regular — which is why it is so, so good! Ah-mazingly good. Write home to your mama good. Bring the whole family good. The quality of their food is unmatched.

If you are a coffee lover be sure to also try their gourmet Guatemalan coffee, latte (one with fresh lavender), espresso or cold brew. And since brunch is synonymous with drinks they also have a full bar with alcoholic beverages: from mimosas to bloody mary’s, margaritas, moscow mules and local craft beers, they’ve got happy hour covered.
Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, girl’s day out, mother’s/*father’s day, Tuesdays or holiday parties with Snooze! Swing on by or let them bring the party to you with their breakfast catering.
At Snooze their belief is that all their guests are family, and everyone is welcome around their table with options to fit lifestyle diets and accommodate food allergies, even the furry members are welcomed to sit and enjoy the patio! From paleo and vegetarian to vegan and dairy free to gluten free friendly, their breakfast and brunch menu features something for everyone.
Bring the whole family- this place is very family (and pet) friendly. All diners are treated like family! 
I was so pleasantly surprised that each and every employee was well versed in the menu and could answer extensively any and all questions we posed. And there were many as we tried to find a way to get as much out of our meal as we could. It all looked amazing and we didn’t want to miss a thing. They made sure we got the most out of each item as possible.
And across all their 48 locations in 8 different states, Snooze is committed to sustainability and community service. Last weekend, Snooze partnered with Orange County nonprofits, raising funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America ($2,500), The Ecology Center ($3,112) and Surfrider Foundation ($3,077).
So if you are looking for the next fun place to meet up for brunch or are from out of town and wanting to have the best food Orange County has to offer… here is my raving accolades and top recommendation! Just get there early and don’t hit the snooze button on this dining delight.
